October 01 – December 31, 2021, to enter the lucky draw*.
- This campaign is valid for all PayPak debit card transactions on domestic POS and ATM withdrawals of Rs. 500 or more from October 1 to December 31, 2021 (both dates inclusive).
- 25 Lucky draw winners based on ATM cash withdrawal & 25 winners based on POS spend.
- All PayPak cardholders and PayPak co-badge cardholders are eligible to participate in the campaign.
- Multiple entries per participant is allowed based on multiple transactions.
- Lucky draw will be conducted by 1LINK (Pvt.) Limited.
- Prizes will be distributed via Banks directly in Quarter 1, 2022.
- Banks will be notified about the winners and the delivery/collection of gold via email.
- Bank will be responsible to contact their customers for delivery/collection of prizes to the winner.
- Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Banks shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to contact and notify the prize winners.
- For Branch campaign, virtual and centralized branches issuing PayPak cards will not be part of this campaign. This campaign is dedicated to physical branches only.
- Branch rewards to be given to the Branch Manager or Operations Manager on Bank’s discretion.
- Both off-us & on-us transactions will be eligible in the campaign. Since 1LINK has no access to on-us transactions, Banks will be required to share data on a pre-defined format (enclosed) by January 20, 2022. Data submitted after January 20, 2022, will not be entertained.
- 1LINK employees are not eligible for this campaign.
- All decisions are to be made by 1LINK in connection with the lucky draw (including the interpretation of terms and conditions).
- 1LINK reserves the right, at its discretion, to add, or remove any person from participating in the draw, without providing any reason and without prior notice.
- Without prejudice to any other remedy available to 1LINK, 1LINK shall be indemnified, defended, and held
harmless from any actual or threatened claim, demand, obligation, loss, cost, liability and/or expense
(“Losses”) resulting from and/or arising in connection with PayPak card campaign or any customer data
as shared by the bank for any of its customer(s), whatsoever, for the purpose of this campaign only.
- What is the Campaign about?
‘Win Gold with PayPak’ is a campaign exclusively designed for PayPak Debit Cardholders. Cardholders are required to withdraw or spend a minimum of Rs. 500 on any purchase nationwide to enter the lucky draw.
- What is the Campaign period?
The Campaign period is from 1st October 2021 to 31st December 2021 (both days included)
- Who is eligible to participate in this Campaign?
Both existing and new PayPak debit cardholders are eligible for participation.
- Do I need to fill up any campaign entry form to enter?
No entry form is required. Automatic entry is recorded.
- How to participate in this Campaign?
Use your PayPak Debit Card to withdraw or spend on any purchase nationwide for minimum Rs. 500 to participate in the lucky draw.
- What is the minimum spend required for the Lucky draws?
To be eligible for the lucky draw, a minimum Rs. 500/- cash withdrawal or retail spend is required within the Campaign Period.
- What are the Campaign Prizes?
The campaign offers a chance to win 50 five- grams gold bars through a lucky draw. 25 winners for ATM withdrawal transactions and 25 winners for POS transactions.
- How will the winners be selected?
The winners of the campaign will be selected through a lucky draw held by 1LINK (Pvt.) Ltd. based on entries that have been recorded during the Campaign Period.
- When will the Winner’s be announced?
The winner(s) will be announced within twelve (12) weeks from the end of qualifying period. Banks will be notified about the winners and prizes delivery/collection details will be shared with the banks.
- Can the prizes be exchanged for cash or other products?
Prizes are strictly non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or other products, in part or in full.
