NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS OF ALHDDF AND ALHIIF November 19, 2020
Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of above-mentioned Collective Investment Schemes (“Schemes”) that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Sixth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Daily Dividend Fund vide its letter # SCD/AMCW/MCBAHSIL /111/2020 dated November 13, 2020 and Tenth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Income Fund vide its letter # SCD/AMCW/MCBAHSIL /107/2020 dated November 11, 2020. These Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamrafunds.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from November 26, 2020.
