This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee of the Scheme has given consent on the Eleventh Supplemental Offering Document regarding changes in Trustee name and related amendments. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and will be effective as per NBFC Regulation 44(6).
