NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS

ALHAMRA ISLAMIC ACTIVE ALLOCATION FUND
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Fifteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Active Allocation Fund vide letter No. SCD / AMCW / ALHIAAF / 213 / 2022 dated January 05, 2022. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com and www.alhamrafunds.com
In the above context and in terms of Regulation 44(7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the above mentioned Supplemental Offering Document shall be made effective from February 11, 2022.
