Over the duration of my investment, I would be very worried if the value of my investment declines even slightly. For me the safety of my principle amount is more important than returns.

I am okay with taking minor risks and I understand if the value of my investments fluctuates. However, I won’t be comfortable if my principle amount is at a significant risk.

I am neither conservative nor aggressive in taking risks. I’m okay with the idea of a possible reduction in my actual investment if there is a possibility of a higher return.

I am a risk taker. I don’t mind a reduction in the actual value of my investments if there is a potential for far more higher returns in the long term. I am not concerned about my short term returns and I know that long term returns can take time and if there is a decline in my investment value, I’m willing to hold on to my investments till things get better.
