Area Manager

Main functions / Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation - Growth in Sales revenue and sustained improvement in profitability of the organization. Sets Short Term & Long Term Sales Strategy. Heads own retail sales teams comprising of Team Leader (TLs).
  • Business Development Plan - Studies & understands the Financial Market through involvement and frequent interaction with the direct field sales team & TLs. Communicates the finalized plans to the sales team. Ensures rolling out of the Plans with all concerned team members.
  • Sales Leads Management – Compile, manage, distribute & take follow-ups from leads which are given to sales teams. Those leads could be obtained from head office, generated by personal effort, or by stall activities etc.
  • Development of Retail Sales Team - Develop retail sales. Develop competition for sales team members. Maintaining quality standards.
  • Recommend / Recruiting/Training of Sales Staff - Recruit / recommend sales staff & TLs. Arrange training sessions. Monitor the effectiveness of such training. Recommend any alteration required in the training materials.
  • Sales Team Administration - Advice sales teams Leaders measures to boost up their teams activity / productivity. Makes sure that company code of professional conduct is being communicated to sales team Leaders & it is being followed by sales staff.
  • Promotional Activities - Recommend any promotional activities to be conducted at any where. Estimate the effectiveness of the activity. Develop sales teams to be posted at for promotional activities. Take report on the progress of the activity & analyze the outcome of the event.
Key Requirement:

Having experience of Sales & Sales team management for three years or more.

Team Leader

Main functions / Key Responsibilities

    team.
  • Business Development Plan - Studies & understands the Financial Market through
    involvement and frequent interaction with the direct field sales team. Communicates the
    finalized plans to sales team members, ensuring the roll out of the plans with all
    concerned team members.
  • Sales Leads Management – Compile, manage, distribute & take follow-ups from leads
    which are given to sales teams. Those leads could be obtained from head office,

Wealth Officer

The incumbent is responsible for Retail Sales to rapid growth in Sales revenue and sustained improvement in profitability of the organization.

Main Functions / Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Create favorable environment.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities.
  • Provide best services to the clients.
  • Increase no of new accounts / clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets Achieve sales and new accounts target through proper planning with the help of Team Lead and Area Manager.
  • Create favorable environment Through regular interaction with the direct sales team members,. Discusses the Plans, and make strategy with the help of Team Leader and Area Manager. Problems discuss with the Team Leader and Area Manager and try to solve with brain storming.
  • Active participation in promotional activities For development of business relationship, sales strategies, actively participate in Exhibitions stall activities, competition and unique services etc.
  • Provide best services to clients Providing after sales services to clients. Resolve their queries and concerns. Provide them information they require.
  • Increase no. of new accounts / clients Call and make appointment with new customers. Meet with new customers and open their accounts as per targets.
